Job summary

Expert ABA Consulting is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician / ABA Therapist to provide 1:1 ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will work with children and teens with ASD under supervision, collecting data with Ensora and supporting developmental goals.

The role offers paid onboarding, training, and opportunities to obtain RBT certification, with afternoon/evening shifts Mon-Fri. A background check is required and remote work is not offered.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Preferred education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related fields.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA services per the treatment plan.
  • Use Ensora (CATALYST) to collect data and write session notes.
  • Collaborate with Case Manager and Coordinators.
  • Support children and adolescents in achieving developmental goals.
  • Deliver services in home or community within 10–20 miles.
  • Maintain punctuality and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct implementation of ABA services as outlined in the client’s treatment plan.
  • Use Ensora (CATALYST) to collect session data, provide session notes and monitor client progress.
  • Work collaboratively with Case Manager and Client Services Coordinators.
  • Support children and adolescents in achieving developmental goals.
  • Deliver services in home or community settings within a 10-20 mile radius.
  • Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and strong communication with clients and team members.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Preferred Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, sociology, early childhood development, or related fields.
  • Experience: At least 1 year working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is strongly preferred.
  • Patient, compassionate, dependable, and motivated to support children and families.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to pass background check and fingerprint clearance.
Schedule:
  • Afternoon and early evening shifts (Mon-Fri)
  • Availability between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM is required
Work Location:
  • In-person only
  • Services provided in-home or in the community
