Strategies to Empower People (STEP) is hiring full-time Behavioral Support Staff to provide in-home and community support for adults with physical and developmental disabilities in the Greater Sacramento area.

We seek empathetic, patient, and creative individuals who can help clients grow independence while supporting behavioral needs, including tasks like hygiene, meal assistance, community involvement, money management, and personal health support.

Qualifikationen

• Requires empathy, patience, and ability to handle challenging behaviors.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of qualifying behavioral experience (professional work).
• CA Driver License may be required with proof of insurance and clear MVR for positions involving driving.

• Provide hands-on in-home and community support for clients.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal growth.
• Support clients in behavioral needs, including behavior management.
• Help clients develop independence and community relationships.
