Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience working with individuals with Autism and/or other developmental disabilities.
• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, ABA, or PA Behavior Specialist License.
• FBA training completed or willingness to complete during application process*
• Valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and auto insurance for vehicles used to provide services.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks

Responsibilities

• Observe participants, collaborate with families to develop and implement behavior support plans.
• Complete FBAs by conducting functional assessments of presenting issues.
• Train staff, participants, and families on behavior support plan implementation.
• Complete paperwork: data collection, progress reports, monthly/quarterly reports and development of annual planning materials
