Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience working with adults with disabilities, particularly behavioral challenges.
• Strong understanding of behavioral intervention strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to de-escalate and redirect highly behavioral individuals.
• Must have flexibility in scheduling and be willing to work evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and two-to-one support to non-verbal clients.
• Promote safety, communication, and independence in home and community settings.
• Completing daily progress notes and Special Incident Reports.
• Participate in a coordinated team approach.
