Heartland ABA in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Behavioral Support & Life Skills Specialist (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings. You will implement skill-building and care plans under supervision, helping children gain independence and improve behaviors.
