Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our Cedar Rapids area team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children, implement skill-building plans, and record progress data in our system.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, home-based or community-based settings, and training to support your growth in ABA. You will collaborate with a clinical team and families to help clients achieve meaningful goals.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Ability to work in clients' homes or community settings.
• Patience and compassion when engaging with children and families.
