Behavior Specialist - K-12 Education

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a dynamic educational environment in North Bennington, VT. This role focuses on improving student outcomes through developing and implementing behavior intervention plans and educational strategies.

Qualifications
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Minimum 1+ years of Behavior Specialist experience
  • Experience with K-12 students, especially those with special needs
  • Knowledge of behavior modification techniques and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities
