Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services is seeking a compassionate Behavioral Specialist I to join our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) team in Massachusetts. You’ll provide supportive interventions for adults facing mental health challenges within residential or community settings, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery and person-centered care.

• Ensure that services provided are culturally competent, strengths based, and focused on rehabilitation and are inclusive of client preferences.
• Provide assistance to clients related to transportation to work sites, daily activities, and appointments.

Eliot is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Specialist I to join one of our dynamic Adult Community Clinical Service (ACCS) teams. Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) provides clinically focused evidenced based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Services are person centered and are delivered by a multidisciplinary team of professionals in either residential or community based settings. In this role, you will provide support and guidance to adults facing severe and persistent mental health challenges.

• Sunday 1pm-9pm, Monday 7am-3pm, Friday 11am-7pm, Saturday 1pm-9pm
• Sunday 9am-5pm, Monday-Thursday 11a-7pm
  

Hourly Rate: $20.50 USD - $20.50 USD
