Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking a behavioral specialist for immediate placement in Plymouth Meeting to provide clinical services for adults with IDD and/or autism. The position offers a take-home of $4,800+ per month and the ability to create your own schedule.

The role involves conducting assessments, implementing behavior strategies, training staff, and documenting progress to update treatment plans, with weekly pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum two years' experience with disabilities or behavioral health populations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass FBI, Child Abuse, and Criminal clearances.
• CPR & First Aid certification current.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments to develop individualized support plans.
• Implement positive behavior strategies to build skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Partner with care teams and train caregivers on interventions and data tracking.
• Track, analyze, and document progress to update treatment plans.
