Job summary

MePA is seeking a Behavioral Consultant to provide services in the Norristown area, working with children and families in home, school, and community settings.

Responsibilities include assessing behavioral health needs, creating individualized treatment plans, and delivering weekly sessions across home, school, and community environments using diverse therapeutic modalities to improve functioning.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience working directly with children or adolescents with autism.
• Master's Degree with training in education, social work, counseling, juvenile justice, or other health-related discipline.
• Ability to complete and pass FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126), and Criminal background clearances.
• Current medical/health documents including: physical examination, TB test, CPR and First Aid certification.

One of our clients is seeking a Behavioral Consultant to provide services in the Norristown area.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Please note that we have a credentialing specialist that can assist you with any of the below-mentioned credentials, if needed!

• Minimum of one (1) year experience working directly with children or adolescents with autism
• Master's Degree with training in education, social work, counseling, juvenile justice, or other health-related discipline.
• Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126), and Criminal.
• Must be able to produce current medical/health documents including: physical examination, Tuberculosis/TB Skin Test, CPR and First Aid certification.
