What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Write MCAT and AP Psychology questions with comprehensive rationales
- Collaborate with editing and scientific illustration teams to create exceptional educational content
- Apply knowledge of standardized exam content and practices for generating test questions
- Participate in ongoing performance evaluation of current test items in the question bank
- Communicate effectively with quality assurance team to resolve technical issues related to content
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Neuroscience, General Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Sociology, or related Behavioral Science discipline
- Strong scientific writing experience (2+ years)
- Scientific research experience (2+ years)
- Teaching experience at the undergraduate/graduate level (5+ years)
- Passion for education and learning
- Effective problem-solving skills and acute attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think strategically and analytically and meet deadlines
- Proven ability to work independently and within a team
- Proficient in MS Office/working knowledge of IT
