Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is hiring Class Behavioral Technicians to work with students in the Jurupa Valley, CA area. The role focuses on providing behavioral support in a school setting using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques, serving students from pre-K to high school.

Prior experience with special needs and 1:1 or small group settings is preferred. Positions are based in Alhambra, CA and surrounding cities, with hours from Monday to Friday 8:00 am–2:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare and/or ABA required or preferred.
• Association with ABA techniques and classroom support.
• Strong ability to assess and respond to student needs.
• Excellent communication with children and adults in a school setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or classroom support in school environments.
• Maintain calm, clear, and concise communication with students and staff.
• Assist with student behavioral plans and ABA implementations.
• Prepare and support activities to facilitate student learning.

Are you passionate about supporting students with behavioral needs in their efforts to succeed in a school setting? Ro Health is hiring qualified Class Behavioral Technicians to work with around the Jurupa Valley, CA and surrounding cities.

This role focuses on providing behavioral support in a school setting, specifically leverage implementation of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), with students ranging in grade level from pre-K to high school. It it a great benefit if you have previous experience supporting students with special needs and have worked in a 1:1 or 1:multiple capacity

Our providers are assigned to cases as either 1:1 supports, or as a general classroom aide.

Overview

• Alhambra, CA and surrounding cities
• Monday-Friday 8-2 pm (*Hours could slightly vary based on school site)
• Starts at 23.00 per hour.
• WEEKLY PAY!

Responsibilities

• Providing support either in a 1:1 or general capacity
• Calm, clear, and concise communication with both children and adults
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time
• Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds)

Qualifications

• At a minimum, candidates must be instructionally eligible
• Experience in childcare and/or ABA
• Associate's degree preferred
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
• Strong assessment skills
• Passion for supporting students in the learning process
• Inclination to work well in a team environment
