Who You Are

We’re seeking a Behavioral Product Analyst with a keen investigative mindset, passionate about data, ready to explore product data to uncover unique insights about user behavior. As a member of our Market Intelligence team, you'll help us understand how users engage with our product and why they behave the way they do.

What You’ll Do

1. Investigate & Analyze: Serve as a hybrid investigator, analyst, and behavioral scientist to examine product adoption and customer behavior.
2. Data Preparation: Gather, clean, and prepare large, diverse datasets from internal and external sources.
3. Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical techniques—such as A/B testing, cohort analysis, and descriptive statistics—to identify trends, patterns, and key user segments.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, growth, and strategy teams to integrate behavioral insights into actionable strategies.
5. Insight Communication: Translate complex data and model outputs into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
6. Research Support: Assist in planning, designing, conducting, and interpreting research projects.
7. Leadership: Demonstrate the ability to build and lead this function independently as an effective standalone contributor.

Your Skills And Experience

1. Proficient in a programming language used for statistical analysis (e.g., Python or R).
2. Strong knowledge of statistical concepts and methods, including A/B testing, cohort analysis, and descriptive statistics.
3. Advanced skills in Excel.
4. Experience working with product analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Pendo, etc.
5. Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
