Job summary

BK Behavior is hiring for part-time ABA roles across the United States, offering flexible scheduling and the ability to work remotely or in clients' homes. Training is provided, with compensation ranging from $17 to $25 per hour based on experience.

You will deliver one-on-one ABA services, document progress, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable method of transportation.
• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required.
• Paid training provided for those without experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
