Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Behavioral Mentor to deliver one-on-one ABA services for children with Autism in clients' homes and community locations. This entry-level role offers part-time hours and no prior experience is required.

You will receive full training, work under supervision, and help families implement behavior plans while recording progress data using electronic devices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable method of transportation.
• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required.
• Services at clients' homes or community locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team and implement skill-building plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
