Job summary

Heartland ABA in Kansas seeks dedicated staff to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will work with families and the clinical team to implement skill-building plans and monitor progress as part of a supportive, caregiver‑oriented program.

No ABA experience is required; comprehensive training is provided, including a 40-hour RBT course. Part-time hours align with after-school schedules, with flexible opportunities and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
