Job summary

Heartland ABA in Kansas is seeking compassionate individuals for part-time, after-school and evening ABA roles. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, supporting independence and positive behavior, and record session data accurately.

No prior ABA experience is required—paid training is provided, and candidates must complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course. Join a supportive clinical team and help families thrive.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
