HII Mission Technologies, All-Domain Operations (ADO) division, seeks a Behavioral Analyst to provide expert psychological and sociocultural analysis of foreign target audiences to inform cyber, information, and influence operations.

This role integrates behavioral science, cultural research, and intelligence analysis to help shape operational planning, messaging effectiveness, and assessments aligned with mission objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, behavioral science, sociology, anthropology, international studies, intelligence studies, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience conducting behavioral or sociocultural analysis in military, intelligence, or government operations.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological analysis of target audiences’ behaviors and beliefs within cultural contexts.
• Develop audience analysis reports and provide messaging recommendations.
• Deliver briefings and reports on cultural assessments and audience sensitivities.
