What You’ll Do

• Work under clinical supervision with knowledge of behavioral healthcare programs and techniques.
• Provide mental health interventions as part of an interdisciplinary team for a caseload of offenders.
• Complete mental health screenings, risk assessments, and suicide watch assessments within scope of practice and in consultation with licensed professionals.
• Conduct individual and group clinical interventions following treatment plans and supervision.
• Provide psychosocial group interventions and monitor offender progress.
• Complete assessments, transfer, and discharge summaries.
• Consult with staff regarding inmate adjustment and service needs.
• Coordinate with families and community agencies for patient care.
• Document all contacts and treatment activities accurately.
• Attend supervision meetings, training, and in-service sessions.

Starting pay is approximately $65,000 based on location.
