Job summary

Trinity Health Of New England is seeking a Mental Health Worker to join our Behavioral Health team at Mount Sinai Rehab Hospital. You will provide direct patient care, observe patient behavior, and support recovery in a safe, therapeutic environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, CPR/BLS certification, and strong communication and teamwork skills. Full time, day shift with generous benefits and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in the Human Services.
• Certification: AHA CPR/BLS for Healthcare Providers.
• Prior experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides individualized patient care in a safe and effective manner.
• Perform and document vital signs, ADLs, patient observations and other patient care activities.
• Responds rapid to emergency call lights and performs safety checks.
• Communicate effectively with patient population.
• Demonstrates problem solving, conflict resolution, and positive communication through teamwork.
