Job summary

Quantum Health seeks a Manager of Clinical Program – Behavioral Health Utilization Management (BH UM) to provide clinical leadership and ensure consistency of BH UM activities. You will partner with the Director and clinical team to support mission and values while guiding clinicians and staff toward high performance.

You’ll recruit, onboard, coach, and supervise behavioral health clinicians, manage performance, uphold data privacy, and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted professional license in an applicable clinical discipline (RN, LSW, LCSW, LISW).
• Minimum 4 years of behavioral health experience, preferably in utilization management.
• 3–5 years leading or managing a Behavioral Health team(s).
• Demonstrated ability to make timely, effective decisions aligned with business goals and organizational culture.
• Strong clinical expertise including motivational interviewing.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills for collaboration with patients, providers, and partners.
• Outstanding computer proficiency across multiple systems and Microsoft applications.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a growth-oriented environment.
• Strong personal accountability, integrity, and commitment to data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BH UM team activities in partnership with Director and clinical leadership.
• Manage performance and coaching of clinicians and support staff.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable team culture and ongoing professional development.
• Lead content creation and facilitation of team meetings with leadership.
• Ensure high-quality member and provider support and issue resolution.
• Monitor clinical workload and maintain workflows and policies.
