Quantum Health is seeking a Manager, Clinical Program – Behavioral Health Utilization Management to lead our BH UM team in Central Ohio. You will partner with the Director and clinical staff to ensure consistent clinical activities while advancing our mission and values.

The role focuses on people, culture, and client experience in a fast-paced healthcare navigation environment. The position emphasizes leadership, clinical expertise, and collaboration with multiple partners to deliver

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted professional license in a clinical discipline.
• MSL license required within 90 days of hire where applicable.
• 4+ years in behavioral health, preferably in utilization management.
• 3–5 years leading a Behavioral Health team.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical leadership for BH UM team.
• Oversee recruitment, coaching, and performance management.
• Collaborate with Director and clinical team to ensure consistent BH UM activities.
• Lead content creation and facilitation of team meetings.
• Maintain high-quality member and provider support and client satisfaction.
• Support client implementations and escalated client cases.
