Job summary

County of Summit ADM Board is seeking a Training and Workforce Development Coordinator to plan and implement trainings, webinars, and CEU opportunities for the local behavioral health workforce.

Under the supervision of the Manager of Evidence-Based Practices & Outcomes, you will develop partnerships with schools and community partners, coordinate onboarding trainings, and ensure HIPAA compliance across the network.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, education or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the behavioral health field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute trainings, workshops, webinars and other professional development opportunities, including securing CEUs for participants.
• Support system clinical workforce development needs in Evidence Based Practices (EBP’s).
• Coordinate onboarding trainings for individuals entering employment within the network of care.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local and state workforce development partners (e.g. Ohio Means Jobs).
• Represent the ADM Board on state, local and system-wide initiatives.
