Monarch Healthcare in North Carolina offers outpatient behavioral health services for all ages. The Behavioral Health Therapist V role requires licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC, or LPA, with a Master’s degree in Human Services.
The position involves providing individual, group, and family therapy, crisis assessment, and coordination with psychiatrists, within a supportive community setting. We emphasize licensure maintenance, ongoing education, and active engagement with local agencies.
$3,000 Sign On Bonus ($750 at 3 months of continuous employment, $750 at 6 months of continuous employment, $1,500 at 12 months of continuous employment) A Behavioral Health Therapist V must have one of the below qualifications: LCSW LMFT LCMHC LPA
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
Masters: Human Services (Required)
Counseling/Therapy Experience | Not Required
The primary responsibility of the Behavioral Health Therapist is to provide outpatient behavioral health services to persons of all ages experiencing psychological difficulties in order to help them interact appropriately and develop meaningful relationships within community.
