Monarch Healthcare is seeking an ACT Team Therapist to support individuals with mental illness and/or substance use disorders in North Carolina and Rhode Island. The role emphasizes skills development, independence, and integration into the community with strong self-determination.
Starting pay is $60,000 for Associates and $65,000 for fully licensed clinicians. Experience with adults with mental health diagnoses is preferred, with licensure path options listed above. Driving may be required.
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 4:30pm) Pay Range Minimum: $60,000.00
