Qualifications

• Master's degree with a mental health therapy focus from a regionally accredited program.
• MSW license preferred.
• Provisional licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP) required.
• Provisional or Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (PLADC/LADC) preferred.
• Master Social Worker (MSW) license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy to individuals, groups, and families as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Completes psychosocial assessments and develops treatment plans with supervision.
• Delivers therapy services and care coordination across the spectrum of mental health conditions.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient records and ensures appropriate documentation.
• Participates in staff development and collaborates with other departments and community resources.
