Job Details

ChristianaCare's School Based Health Program is seeking a Part-Time Behavioral Health Therapist to support students at Odessa High School in Newcastle County.

The therapist will provide office-based clinical assessments and mental health therapy services for a diverse caseload of students.

Work Schedule
  • Part-Time, benefits-eligible position, Monday through Friday, aligned with school hours, which may vary.
  • 40 hours per week for 42 weeks annually.
  • No weekends or holidays, supporting work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual psychotherapy and group therapy using evidence-based practices.
  • Perform psychosocial evaluations for diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Develop treatment plans collaboratively with the treatment team.
  • Provide timely updates to physicians and team members.
  • Manage patient referrals and coordinate services.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
