Arlington County DHS, Behavioral Healthcare Division, Outpatient Services Bureau, seeks an experienced Behavioral Health Therapist to provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive mental health and substance use therapy and case management to adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders, in office and community settings.

The position works as part of a multidisciplinary outpatient team, delivering comprehensive services to clients and coordinating care across settings.

Please Note: This position includes a $2,500 gross signing bonus at hire and a $2,500 gross bonus at the completion of the probationary period.
