Job summary

Nourish is hiring licensed behavioral health clinicians to provide direct care to patients using evidence-based, patient-centered approaches. This remote role allows flexible hours and requires 25+ hours per week for full-time or 5+ hours for part-time, with administrative support for credentialing and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active, independent, and unrestricted clinical license in the U.S. (LCSW / LPC / LMFT or equivalent); multi-state licensure is a strong plus.
• Experience with telehealth and supporting patients with behavior change, chronic disease, or related clinical needs.
• Strong clinical judgment, empathy, communication skills, and commitment to evidence-based practice and long-term behavioral change.
