Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related Behavioral Health Sciences required; graduation from an accredited school preferred.
• License must be in good standing in state(s) of practice.
• In Wisconsin: LCSW, LMFT, LPC are recognized licenses.
• Will also consider applicants in training.

Responsibilities

• Provides diagnostic assessment, onsite crisis assessment and intervention, and determines need for ongoing care.
• Develops treatment plans and implements interventions tailored to patient needs.
• Continually assesses progress and revises diagnoses and treatment plans as needed.
• Documents treatment sessions and communicates updates to interdisciplinary team.
