The Therapist will support recovery-oriented, strength-based care and requires eligibility for California ASW/AMFT and licensure within six years of registration. Weekend hours and potential satellite assignments may apply.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (Psychology, Social Work, MFT)
• Eligibility for CA ASW/AMFT registration and licensure within 6 years.
• Ability to obtain California licensure within 6 years of registration.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual, group and family psychotherapy services.
• Screens adults/children for treatment suitability and conducts psychosocial assessments.
• Maintains records and handles plan of care implementation.
• Communicates with Case Manager and external agencies for referrals.
• Uses EHR to document client care and progress notes.
• Occasional weekend shifts (Saturday 9:00–1:00) and potential satellite site work.
