Position Overview

Pine Acute Partial and IOP supports adolescents experiencing acute symptoms of depression and anxiety. Our program helps stabilize their mental health before transitioning to lower levels of care, such as outpatient. The main goal is to assist adolescents in maintaining safety without psychiatric hospitalization.

Our empirically based programs focus on teaching adolescents skills in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. This is a full-time position located on Perry Highway in Wexford. The dress code is business casual, and parking is free on-site behind the building. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional until 5:30 PM shifts.

Responsibilities

1. Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
2. Documentation: Complete clinical documentation on the day of service and provide information for service authorization.
3. Case Reviews: Review cases and clinical changes periodically with supervisors and team members.
4. Patient Assessment: Assess patient needs and update treatment plans accordingly.
5. New Patient Assessments: Conduct assessments under supervision, document decisions, and implement treatment models.
6. Therapy and Education: Provide individual and group therapy, involve families, and educate patients on recovery.
7. Record Keeping: Document all patient activities per guidelines.
8. Service Coordination: Discuss additional service needs and refer patients to appropriate care or community resources.
9. Team Meetings: Participate in meetings to discuss cases and monitor progress.
10. Productivity Records: Maintain daily clinical productivity records.
11. Treatment Planning: Develop comprehensive treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
