Job summary

Masada Community Mental Health Services is seeking a Clinical Therapist to provide comprehensive behavioral health services to children, youth, adults, and families. You will work under supervision to perform assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and crisis intervention within a client-centered approach.

The role requires active California licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC/PhD/PsyD) or eligible registration and an LPS designation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Current California licensure as LCSW/LMFT/LPCC/PhD/PsyD or active registration as ASW/AMFT/APCC.
• Active Los Angeles County LPS designation is required and must be maintained.
• Valid California Driver's License; driving is an essential function of the position.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy.
• Conduct crisis intervention and safety planning; coordinate with emergency resources.
• Establish therapeutic relationships and engage clients, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with clinical standards.
