BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to join our outstanding and compassionate team in Spring Hill! This is a field based role that covers all of Hernando County.

• Facility: BayCare Behavioral Health
• Location: Spring Hill - Covers all of Hernando County
• Status: Full-Time, Exempt: Yes
• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• On Call: No

The Behavioral Health Therapist I is responsible for:

• Meeting with patients to complete psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, as well as individual, group and family therapy as deemed appropriate for each individual patient.
• Conducting case management activities as well as discharge planning and maintains appropriate documentation.
• Providing appropriate therapeutic and educational interventions, services and is knowledgeable about community resources.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

* This role requires a Master's prepared in the field of Clinical Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy, or other related field.
