The Behavioral Health (BH) Therapist Licensed (L) will work with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds to improve health and wellness, promote self-directed lives, and help clients reach their full potential. Responsibilities include facilitating, monitoring, and providing evidence-based, culturally competent mental health and substance use services using practices such as Motivational Interviewing, CBT, EMDR, ACT, and Trauma-Focused CBT. You will guide clients through their healing journey and help build resilience.
