Job Overview

The Behavioral Health Therapist Clin Lic will facilitate, monitor, and provide comprehensive mental health and chemical dependency case management and therapy services. These include assessment, individual, family and group therapy, crisis intervention, and treatment planning for adults with addictions or severe mental illness, and children with emotional disturbances, along with their families.

Responsibilities
  • Train and assist clients and/or families in developing activities of daily living, either individually or in groups.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to plan, facilitate, and coordinate treatment.
  • Develop and implement effective discharge plans suited to client needs.
  • Provide services in homes, schools, or other community-based sites, including transportation in personal vehicles.
  • Participate actively in service line quality improvement efforts.
Qualifications
  • LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAC licensure in Indiana required.
  • Master’s degree in a mental health-related field from an accredited institution required.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in mental health treatment required.
  • Valid Indiana driver’s license and proof of auto insurance required.
