All Associate level Therapists are provided weekly supervision required for clinical licensure at no cost. We also offer PocketPrep, a free app to help prepare for licensing exams (LSW, LCSW, LMHC-A, LMHC, LMFT-A, LMFT) and reimburse eligible caregivers for licensing exam fees.

The Behavioral Health (BH) Therapist (Associate Licensed) will engage with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds to improve their health and wellness, live self-directed lives, and reach their full potential. The BH Therapist facilitates, monitors, and provides evidence-based, culturally competent mental health and substance use services, utilizing practices like Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, ACT, and Trauma-Focused CBT to help clients navigate their healing journey and build resilience.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
- License eligible for LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAC in Indiana.
- Master’s degree in a mental health-related field from an accredited institution.
- 2+ years of mental health treatment experience.
- Valid Indiana Driver’s license with proof of auto insurance.

Patients First
- Provide effective mental health interventions, including assessments, individual, family, and group therapies, and crisis intervention tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
- Conduct therapy sessions to reduce symptoms and improve functioning.
- Develop and implement discharge plans as appropriate.

- Work with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care and advocate for clients.
- Recognize the importance of customer satisfaction (internal and external).
