Behavioral Health Therapist

Location: Quincy, IL Pay Range: $60,195.20 - $90,292.80 Annually| Based on Relevant ExperienceSchedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday

About the Role:We are looking to hire a Behavioral Health Therapist to provide compassionate, evidence-based outpatient therapy for individuals, families, and groups. This role focuses on evaluating, treating, and preventing emotional and mental health disorders to support patient well-being and social adjustment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough initial mental health assessments and document findings
• Provide individual, family, or group psychotherapy sessions
• Develop and implement patient-specific, evidence-based interventions
• Ensure timely documentation of all therapeutic interactions
• Utilize community resources to support patient reintegration and adjustment

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field
• Active LCSW or LCPC license in the state
