Job summary

Christian Hospital, part of BJC HealthCare, provides individual and group therapy to support clients with mental and emotional health needs. This PRN Behavioral Health Therapist role completes assessments, develops treatment plans, and collaborates with the care team to monitor progress.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in a related field, 2–5 years of experience, and a valid LCSW/LPC/LMFT or equivalent license. Schedule features group sessions on Mon/Wed/Fri with flexible PRN hours.

Behavioral Health Therapist – PRN

Requirements

Schedule

• Primarily Monday, Wednesday, Friday (group sessions)
• Flexible, PRN as needed hours with a mix of group facilitation and documentation

The North County Recovery Center facilitates proactive patient care services to ensure the care is appropriate, timely, cost-effective and achieves the optimal outcome for the patient. Develops and implements therapy programs and in-service education.
