Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Behavioral Health Therapist located in Carterville, IL. The Behavioral Health Therapist will be responsible for providing therapy services to patients, developing treatment plans, and conducting assessments and diagnoses for various behavioral health conditions. This role includes working closely with the Cancer Institute team to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to work well in a team setting
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
• LCSW or LCPC in the state of Illinois
• Prior experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is a plus
