Now Hiring: Behavioral Health Technicians for Full-Time Night Shift (11p - 7a)

Location: Our newest Detox and Residential treatment facility in South Bend, IN.

Responsibilities

1. Manage all daily residential operations (intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications, etc.)
2. Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
3. Escalate concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
4. Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
5. Ensure client and BHT compliance with all rules, policies, and procedures

Qualifications

1. High School diploma or GED preferred
2. Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred
3. If in recovery, a minimum of one-year sustained sobriety
4. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
5. Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries
6. Dignified, honest character modeling recovery principles
