What You'll Do

• Provide operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones, etc.)
• Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment
• Monitor clients and enforce all policies to ensure safety
• Record and escalate incidents promptly
• Complete administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support, etc.)

What We're Looking For

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Valid Driver's license and CPR certification preferred
• If in recovery, a minimum of one year of sustained sobriety
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
• Warm, compassionate, and empathetic personality
• Dignified character that models recovery principles
