Avenues Recovery Center is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for its Detox and Residential facility in Indianapolis, IN. You will support daily operations across intake, supervision, transportation, meals, and medications, while guiding a cohesive BHT team to ensure a warm recovery environment.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma or GED, CPR certification if available, and a year of sobriety if in recovery.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED preferred.
Valid driver's license required or preferred.
CPR certification preferred.
If in recovery, a minimum one-year sobriety is required.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries.
Dignified, honest character modeling recovery principles.

Responsibilities

Manage all daily residential operations (intake, supervision, events, transportation, meals, medications).
Train and support BHT team in operations and responsibilities.
Escalate concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a positive recovery environment.
Ensure client and BHT compliance with all Avenues rules, policies and procedures.

Now Hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for all shifts (First: 7am - 3:30 pm, Second: 3pm - 11:30pm, and Third: 11pm - 7:30am) for our Detox and Residential treatment facility, located in Indianapolis, IN.

What You'll Do

Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)
Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures

What We're Looking For
