About the Job

As a Behavioral Health Technician, you’ll be at the heart of supporting and guiding youth in a residential care setting. This isn’t just a job; it’s a chance to provide compassion, care, and make a real difference in the lives of young people.

What You Will Do
  • Supervise and ensure youth’s basic needs are met while teaching them valuable life skills.
  • Model positive behavior, problem‑solving techniques, and promote emotional well‑being.
  • Keep the environment safe and supportive.
  • Provide transportation to appointments and help facilitate social‑emotional skill‑building activities.

Location: Kansas City, KS

Your Schedule: Weekends – 6 am to 2 :30 pm or 2 pm to 10 :30 pm

What We’re Looking For
  • A high school diploma (or GED) and a passion for working with youth.
  • Previous experience working with children or in a behavioral health setting is a plus!
  • Valid Driver’s License, Auto Insurance, and you must be at least 21 years old.
  • The willingness to complete required training and documentation.
