Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Range starts at $16.25/hour (pay is calculated based on years of related experience)

Schedule: Tues-Thurs, Sat/Sun | 12AM-8AM

Program: Valley Oaks

Job Summary & Responsibilities
  • Assist the treatment team in providing therapeutic and daily living services.
  • Support the workflow of the milieu and assist with de-escalation and emotional regulation.
  • Model and teach independent living skills.
  • Engage clients in activities aligned with treatment goals.
  • Observe behaviors and communicate significant observations to the team.
  • Distribute medications following management procedures.
  • Collect urine analysis screens.
  • Perform routine room and living-area inspections.
  • Coordinate care with providers.
  • Transport clients to off-campus appointments.
  • Complete and maintain documentation.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • CPR certification
  • Valley de-escalation certification
  • Minimum age of 21 and a valid driver’s license for driving positions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Two years of behavioral health or social services experience
  • Experience with medication management
Salary Range

$16.25-$18.28
