Pay: Range starts at $16.25/hour (pay is calculated based on years of related experience)
Schedule: Tues-Thurs, Sat/Sun | 12AM-8AM

Job Summary & Responsibilities
- Assist the treatment team in providing therapeutic and daily living services.
- Support the workflow of the milieu and assist with de-escalation and emotional regulation.
- Model and teach independent living skills.
- Engage clients in activities aligned with treatment goals.
- Observe behaviors and communicate significant observations to the team.
- Distribute medications following management procedures.
- Collect urine analysis screens.
- Perform routine room and living-area inspections.
- Coordinate care with providers.
- Transport clients to off-campus appointments.
- Complete and maintain documentation.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- CPR certification
- Valley de-escalation certification
- Minimum age of 21 and a valid driver’s license for driving positions
Preferred Qualifications
- Two years of behavioral health or social services experience
- Experience with medication management
Salary Range
$16.25-$18.28
