Avenues Recovery Center in Prince Frederick, MD, is seeking compassionate individuals to support medical and clinical teams in daily operations. The role involves admissions, transportation, meals, medication, and supervision to maintain a safe recovery environment.

You will engage clients warmly, monitor safety, document incidents, and provide essential administrative assistance while overseeing shift staff and offering training and support.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year sobriety is required.
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• Warm, compassionate and empathetic personality.
• Dignified character that models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.).
• Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment.
• Monitor clients and enforce all policies to ensure safety of clients and staff.
• Record and accelerate any critical communication/incidents in a timely manner.
• Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support etc.).
• Oversee all BHTs on your shift and provide training and support.
