Qualifications

  • CPR and de-escalation certifications are necessary for this role.

Pay: Range starts at $16.25/hour (pay is calculated based on years of related experience)

Shift Differential: additional $1/hour when clocked in for 3+ hours between 3pm-11pm

Schedule: Sunday 8am-8pm, Mon-Tues 11am-8pm, Wed 10am-8pm

Job Summary & Deliverables

The Behavioral Health Technician assists the multi-disciplinary treatment team to provide therapeutic and daily living services and structure to clients within a modified therapeutic community. The BHT also supports the workflow of the milieu and assists with de-escalation and emotional regulation.

  • Models and teaches independent living skills
  • Engages clients in activities and interactions designed to encourage achievement of treatment goals
  • Interacts with clients, observes behaviors, and communicates significant observations to treatment team
  • Distributes medications and follows medication management procedures
  • Collects urine analysis screens
  • Performs routine room and living-area inspections

  • Driving positions require a minimum age of 21 and a current driver’s license
