Job Overview: The Behavioral Health I position provides behavioral health services to Rutgers University student-athletes. Candidates should have a master's degree in counseling, social work, clinical psychology, or a related field, and be licensed or license-eligible in New Jersey.

Qualifications: Required: Master's Degree, New Jersey License or eligibility. Preferred: CMPC certification.

Scheduling Requirements: Non-traditional hours, including holidays, evenings, and weekends.

Essential Functions: Conduct individual, team, and group interventions, mental health screenings, psychoeducational activities, case management, mental skills training, and other duties as assigned, adhering to professional and ethical standards and regulations.
