Job summary

Camber Children's Mental Health in Wichita, KS is seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to provide care, supervision, and support to help youth achieve their treatment goals in a safe and therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities include supervising clients, supporting daily activities, teaching coping techniques, documenting progress, and maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment for all clients.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or GED from an accredited high school.
  • Licensure/Certification: Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance.
  • Experience: 1–3 months of related experience and/or training working with adults or children in a behavioral health care or similar environment preferred.
  • Must be at least 20 years old to apply.
  • Pre-employment drug screen and background check required
