PRN Days (7a-7p) & Nights (7p-7a) Available

Advanced Recovery Systems is an integrated behavioral healthcare management company dedicated to the treatment of addiction, substance abuse, and mental health issues. Pay

Minimum: USD $17.00/Hr.

Maximum: USD $20.00/Hr.

Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Technician is responsible for observing and monitoring patients, reporting as needed, and assisting in maintaining a safe environment. They work closely with the facility leadership to ensure success, performing duties such as:

• Enforcing facility program rules professionally and fairly
• Communicating patient behavior to supervisors and clinical teams
• Using verbal de-escalation techniques for problem behaviors
• Adhering to schedules
• Maintaining professional boundaries
• Ensuring accurate and timely documentation
• Keeping clinical records secure

Schedule

12-hour shifts, PRN Days (7a-7p) & Nights (7p-7a) available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Associate's degree and at least 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred
• Or, 2+ years of relevant experience if lacking an associate's degree
• Completion of ARS training or equivalent certifications (e.g., CBHT, CNA, MA) preferred
• Experience with adults or children/adolescents depending on the facility type
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• State-specific licenses or certifications as required
• CPR and First Aid certifications
